Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on skincare, cosmetics, or perfumes once opened or used.

However, we do accept returns if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

You notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order with clear photos of the issue.

How to Request a Return

  2. Include your order number, photos, and reason for return.
  3. Once approved, our team will arrange a pickup or replacement.

Refunds

  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 3-7 business days after product inspection.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit.
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or opened skincare and beauty products.
  • Items bought during flash sales or special promotions.
  • Gift cards or free promotional items.
